Hi Jakub Thanks for taking the time to do the user-mode-linux NMU. I was just looking into this because I was worried about nova being removed from testing. As this bug is already open for more than 2 weeks and kernel 3.13 was long gone from the archive before, I think you can directly upload this to unstable without going to the DELAYED queue. It was long obvious that the package can't be released in this state and the maintainers did not take any action. And testing is supposed to be frozen in less than 5 days.
Please also submit an unblock bug on release.debian.org once the upload is in unstable. As the package won't reach testing before the freeze without this.
