Looks like I have reproduced this bug on ALT Linux with OpenSceneGraph-3.2.1-alt1, SimGear-3.2.0-alt1, FlightGear-3.2.0-alt1, FlightGear-data-3.2.0-alt1; rebuilding OSG with the patch derived from upstream commit 49d560f4d9d0641c98df67264b7ace4733c6b9a9 referenced above in comment #31 didn't change that; rebuilding SG and FG seems to have fixed it for me.
