and that is probably caused by the 2nd issue described in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=636292#87 which I now workaround in the jenkins jobs by running them outside of the update windows of ftp.de.debian.org, wich happen around 3:25 +6h +6h +6h and last for approx. 10m.
