Source: openjdk-7 Version: 7u71-2.5.3-1 Severity: normal Hi.
The OpenJDKs (not only 7, but also 6 and 8) seem to create /etc/.java/ during installation/upgrade. There is already an /etc/java and it's really bad style to put any dot-directories into /etc. Is there any need for doing this an can't this be changed to use /etc/java ?
