Ok. Agreed. I thought xcowsay could be configured via a graphical user
interface but apparently this is not the case. Since it also needs input
files from users, a static start-up command would not be enough.

It's true that we don't have a separate section for such console toys,
they are all listed under games. FYI, Xcowsay is also part of the
games-toys metapackage now.
