There's ForwardToConsole and TTYPath. This is enough to have messages forwarded to a tty [1]. Currently enabling this requires editing /etc/systemd/journald.conf, but when the patches currently being discussed [2] on the mailing list are merged, journald.conf should allow dropin snippets, so this should become even easier to enable.
