Maybe I was not clear enough, this bug is about the future. I would like to have 1 year time before I need to upgrade to Jessie. When a newer compiler is needed, I would like to hear about such a problem. I think it's sometimes possible to backport a compiler. Or we can study how other distributions like Redhat or Ubuntu are handling this problem. I don't think mozilla.debian.net is the right place for security updates for the next oldstable.
