tags -1 + pending these script are not multiarch safe and thus could not be added to /usr/bin.
Multiarch is a release goal thus I could not readd here. I have thus added to /usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)/ImageMagick-6/bin-$(QUANTUMDEPTH)/ where $(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) is the multiarch triplet and $(QUANTUMDEPTH) is the current quantum depth.
