It could be good for katarakt to offer itself in /etc/mailcap as a
handler for pdf files.  This would allow it to be used by "see foo.pdf"
or various mail programs.

I suggest the file below as debian/mime which debhelper (dh_installmime)
should install automatically to /usr/lib/mime/packages/katarakt.  The
mime-support package will merge it into /etc/mailcap if or when that
package is installed.
