Hi Marc, thanks for bringing that problem again to my attention.
Actually, MPFI and NTL support was never really enabled (MPFI was only mentioned in the Build-Depends:, NTL was only mentioned in the cmake command line). Really enabling them causes some examples no longer to build (at least Arrangement_on_surface_2). I think there was no real request for support for these libraries, so I want to disable support for them for now (or rather, remove the traces that made me believe support was enabled). Besides, disabling MPFI support allows to work on multiarch support for CGAL. For GMPXX I want to re-enable the support since it was accidentally lost in 4.1-1 when the CGAL build system got revamped. And the additional overhead is quite small.
