I believe that admins without this knowledge should not have access to
ejabberd service.

The real action is a bit harder:
% sudo su ejabberd -c /usr/sbin/ejabberdctl load_config 
/etc/ejabberd/ejabberd.cfg
and "load_config" with "$config" can't be completed with <TAB>


Anyway, as I understand, nothing should prevent to rename my 'reload' to
'load_config' init.d's action.
