Package: grub-pc Version: 2.02~beta2-14 Severity: grave after upgrading grub from 2.00-22 -> 2.02~beta2-14 I was left in rescue grub console with an error about missing symbol (something related to color).
After trying to resurrect the system I insmod linux in grub console and I was greeted with the same error again. I had to boot with a rescue usb and downgrade grub.
