I'll send it upstream, but my policy is to not apply anything until
the translator sends me a fixed .po; that's because I don't speak
French, so I am in no position to evaluate any proposed fixes.

This sometimes is a problem when a particular language translator goes
AWOL, and the language translation team is unwilling or unable to
assign a new translator. Usually what I do in that case is to go back
to the people submitted bug reports and ask if they might be willing
to go to the translation project and take over translation of
e2fsprogs for that particular language.

(And this whole thing is a mess; sometimes I regret adding the
internationalization code to e2fsprogs in the first place, since it
seems to add more problems that it solves....)
