Package: dahdi Version: 1:2.10.0-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
As per http://git.asterisk.org/gitweb/?p=dahdi/linux.git;a=commit;h=b9a8000bbd1b6120 Dahdi will build but not run on kernel 3.16+ which is what is in jessie and sid. All required info leading to this is in this forum post on asterisk.org http://forums.asterisk.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=91473 This bug mostly applies to dahdi-source but I assume it'd be a very good idea to upgrade everythign to 2.10.0.1 to be safe. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.14-2-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages dahdi depends on: ii dahdi-linux 1:2.10.0~dfsg-1 ii fxload 0.0.20081013-1 ii libc6 2.19-11 ii libnewt0.52 0.52.17-1 ii libusb-0.1-4 2:0.1.12-24 ii perl 5.20.1-1 ii procps 2:3.3.9-8 ii usbutils 1:007-2 dahdi recommends no packages. dahdi suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
