in jessie, the capisuite package is not able to run some of its scripts as cs_helpers is not recognized by the python subsystem (2.6) after the service has been started. Possible fix: create a link to ../capisuite/cs_helpers.py in /usr/lib/python2.6/ which leads to (after first run): ********:/usr/lib/python2.6# ls -la cs_* lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 26 Okt 13 19:08 cs_helpers.py -> ../capisuite/cs_helpers.py -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9961 Okt 13 19:08 cs_helpers.pyc Afterwards, capisuite is usable again.
