There's a bug about that (#129856: "bugs.debian.org: Please provide a
BTS pseudopackage with which to test/learn the BTS") :)

Why not use this bug, though?  (#340278).

I don't know that it would complain (wishlist bug).  Maybe you are
subscribed twice (normal bug IMO).

Maybe you got unsubscribed for some reason, such as:

  http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/11/msg00000.html

or any problem which might have happened during the initial deployment
of bug subscription.

Does that mean that this bug can be closed?  I'd rather not do so if
