Varun gave me explicit permission to NMU packages he maintains for this
transition, but I'm leaving pytimechart as there doesn't seem much
point in transitioning it until #761140 is fixed, as the failure to
run means I can't test the patch, and the package isn't going to be in
jessie anyway as things currently stand.
Sadly I've no idea what's going wrong with python-pil, and searching
the web for the error message finds reports of similar issues in various
other applications, but none of the ones I looked at had a solution.
