Please install the debugging symbols and run a backtrace, as follows:

$ sudo apt-get install libsimgearcore3.0.0-dbg libsimgearscene3.0.0-dbg gdb
$ gdb fgfs
(gdb) run
[wait for crash]
(gdb) thread apply all bt full

Is it possible that you're running out of memory? Given that you have TerraSync enabled (which is higher resolution than the built-in scenery), expect to use around 2.5GB.

The 'not found' errors suggest an incomplete Terrasync download (terrain but not the objects that go with it), but I don't know if they're related to the crash; does
$ fgfs --disable-terrasync
load successfully? If it does, try turning Terrasync back on via the tick box under File > Scenery Download and waiting for it to finish (~200MB, Information shows status), then closing and restarting FlightGear.
