list is used to display a list of packages. It supports shell
pattern for matching package names and the following options:
--installed, --upgradable, --all-versions are supported.

and same with the rest, like the dpkg man page already does.
Also make sure apt --help shows all the arguments too.
Yes I know they are already there in the SYNOPSIS.
