Upstream released a new version 0.9.99.20140929, and it does not install binary tools and its manpage. So we don't need to decide whether including binary tools or not anymore. I just repacked the package in [0], The only change beside package version is using `dh_install --fail-missing` to prevent missing files from install. Please help to review and sponsor it, thanks.
