hallo Anubhav, I agree with you and the problem is easy to fix: We will introduce a --sync-ahead option which enables the above behavior and is off by default (but only for 2.10, so it won't make it into jessie I'm afraid). Can you build from (git) source? If yes, then I could send you a patch (against GTypist git master) or a development .tar.gz.
