Unless David emits objections, i've packaged [1] the new upstream and fix all bugs in the PTS (and also fix build for arm64 port); i've had to use debhelper 9 and dh_autoreconf to easily build this version without repacking it and provide systemd script.
I've also fill the git collab-maint repository an alioth [2] (which was created empty on january this year) with actual version on sid and the version 1.4.20 and my debian related changes.
