Package: git Version: 1:2.1.0-1 Severity: normal I just wanted to “git commit -a --amend” but have the commit timestamp correct because the commit contained a debian/changelog file, and it would look stupid if dch’s timestamp was more recent than the one in git, so I used “git commit -a --amend --date=now”.
