Sorry, I didn't have enough time to append the information because of
work. But now I've caught a cold and am sitting at home so we can do
something.

I don't know why. I was experienced enough to only find a workaround,
but I don't really understand how udev works.

I could do some of your recommendations to provide you for more
information, because the problem seems to be still actual.

Unfortunately at the moment /etc/init.d/lvm2 works, all the filesystems
(only root filesystem) are mounted read-only, so I can't send the output
to a file.

But you're right, and I removed `&>/deb/null'.
