I also cannot switch to another workspace by Openbox keyboard/mouse
shortcuts and make any mouse action (opening context menu, zoom, jump
to next image etc.) when the fullscreen window of geeqie 1.2 is active,
independently of "location" value.

I tried it, and while it works it also does lots of crazy things in
my system. For example, if I try to do something while in full screen
mode, such as switching to another workspace or pressing Ctrl-D to
delete the current image (this actually crashed my desktop in one of
my tests).
