It appears that this patch is far from sufficient on mips boxes without
FPU. There, the package build time goes up to 235 hours (instead of 2h39
on ball.debian.org which has an FPU. Then the only solution is to
blacklist meep on the mips buildd without FPU.

Still, meep can FTBFS on other archs such as armel [1] because of the
sbuild inactivity walltime. A possible improvement is to allow for
parallel build with
        dh $@ --with autoreconf --parallel

Using this option the build time should drop sufficently on armel to not
break the inactivity walltime again. As an example on mips arch with no
FPU it dropped from 235h to 153h.
