Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  (We weren't Cc'd on the
original bug.)

I'm already working on kfreebsd-kernel-headers packaging this week, so
there should be a new version in unstable very soon;  I'll fix this in
the process.

The bug you mention seems to be the effect of a deliberate patch applied
*many* years ago, before the package's SVN log begins, so I'm not sure
why it was changed from upstream's.  I'm fairly happy with dropping the
timex.h part of the patch now, but would like to test-rebuild any other
consumers of this header first.
