That's interesting. Further research:
Google hits for 'writable': 2,630,000.
Google hits for 'writeable': 1,270,000.
A million's pretty respectable, so I guess the thing to do would be to
get 'writeable' added to Debian's dictionaries. Care to file a
wishlist bug?
