I would have no problem with including Master.csv in the logrotate file, but I lack the history on this: oversight or deliberate choice? Maybe Tzafrir can give us some insight? The only downside I can see is that it changes the behaviour compared to previous releases (so users may have developed their own scripts), but that can be addressed by a note in the NEWS file.
