Package: cmake
Version: 2.8.12.2-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

CMake now lets projects create their own config files, to be used by others:

http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/git-master/manual/cmake-packages.7.html

That document recommends /usr/lib/cmake as the install location; however that
is arguably not compatible with FHS because cmake files are architecture
independent, so should be in /usr/share/cmake. Please make a decision on
what Debian cmake-based packages should do.

Currently no package installs such files, but a user of cpp-netlib [1] wants me
to install them. I would prefer that you cmake maintainers make the decision
on where to install these files.

X
