Dear Dominic, Would it be useful to create another Debian bug ticket, against package request-tracker4, for this same issue? That might help other users find references (and solution) to the problem. - I believe that the actual coding bug is in PSGI; but it could also be fixed by request-tracker carrying its own copy (as it does for some other modules).
