Package: debhelper
Version: 9.20140817
Severity: normal

dh_pysupport is routinely executed by the build target, even when the package
doesn't contain any Python file.

Personally, I find it hard to imagine how that would be a feature, so I'm
reporting this as a bug.

Of course, if there's any rationale for this, I would love to hear it.
