Yes these files are not shipped, but on KDE it works perfectly. Expect
owncloud.png, that is shipped inside the owncloud-client package
(/usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/owncloud.png and other).
But if you can tell me how you got this information, that these files are
searched and not found and what locations are searched for them, than we can
try if it helpd, if it would found the icons there. You can get the images
from the source.
