Dear Maintainer,
The markasjunk2 plugin ships with roundcube-plugins-extra package uses
rcmail_deliver_message() method which doesn't exist anymore:

Version 1.7 (commit 5058b998bd9bf00a2de7ce297404e4376d179a02) of
markasjunk2 plugin fixes the problem (simply replaces
rcmail_deliver_message() by deliver_message()).
