After the latest updates on Debian Jessie GTK apps loses some random characters. I upgraded yesterday and all was fine. Today I switched on my PC and it starts. I thought it might be KDE bug, but installing different desktop environments (Mate, razorqt) diidn't help. Looks like Qt apps don't affect this behavior. GTK apps completely unusable. I think it is glib2, because latest upgrade involves it and libgtkmm. Aptitude log shoed in the end of bug report. Wrong behavoir: random missing characters in GTK apps.
