FWIW this doesn't happen on amd64 but I can reproduce on armhf (haven't tried any other platforms). It also doesn't seem to be fixed upstream. Anyway, I'll see what I can do as soon as I have a bit of time to spare, in the meantime you can use the --gen-suppressions=all option and use the generated suppresions. Cheers
