Package: quilt
Version: 0.63-3
Severity: normal

Hi,

When creating a .quiltrc file (even empty), quilt completely overrides
the options defines in /etc/quilt.quiltrc.

This is a bit surprising, I guess it should just override the one
redefined in .quiltrc instead?

Cheers,

Laurent Bigonville
