Hi, I have packaged the current version of augeas and made a non-maintainer-upload to DELAYED/5. I have added the changes to the git repository at <git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/augeas.git>.
In addition to the fixed bugs that I have documented in the changelog, this upload also fixes an FTBFS issue on ppc64el (not reported as a bug as of now; see <https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=augeas&arch=ppc64el&ver=1.0.0-1.1&stamp=1408840712>).
