arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share lintian tag is something annoying.

There isn't the docs in the scribus source package. The docs are not
dfsg compliant, thus the scribus-doc package. I don't find anything
useful in splitting scribus-doc into scribus-doc-{en,de,it}, though.
I start working on this in the 712718 branch in the git repository
(I'll push later this evening)
