The URL seems to be basically right, but packages.debian.org does not parse it correctly, as it does not seem to know "squeeze-lts" is a valid suite. (<http://packages.debian.org/source/squeeze/cacti> ist working as designed, as would <http://packages.debian.org/source/squeeze-backports/cacti>, and "squeeze-lts" is not shown as a valid suite to filter for.)
