package: tlsdate

Hi,

the shipped init script has at least three problems:

- the name is /etc/init.d/tlsdate but should probably be /etc/init.d/tlsdated
- it (lsb header) provides "tlsdate" while it should probably be tlsdated
- due to this naming problem, the empty /etc/default/tlsdate(d) file will
never be used

the shipped service file defines /usr/bin as the path, while tlsdated resides
in /usr/sbin

I've pushed a branch "service-mess" to my github account to address this and
to also correctly move the conffiles on package upgrades. (=without user
confirmation if the file wasnt changed.)

Please note that I've copied the service file into the debian directory to not
modify the upstream files - as I was thinking about uploading the package
again.

But then I wasnt sure what you intended to start, tlsdate or tlsdated - so so
far I haven't uploaded :) I assume tlsdated is correct, right?

You might want to cherry-pick 80065815564c08aa0e343988056d9ed9e31458c2 into
the master branch, while the two other commits from the service-mess branch
should go into debian-master...

cheers,
        Holger
