I'm unable to reproduce the problem with a simple mailto link with a In-Reply-To header added. But I'm also getting different results with git version and with 3.10.1-2 from backports, so maybe there's some issue with 3.10.1. If you want to give it a try, there's a packaged git version at http://hydra.debian.net. Please, can you paste here the mailto link which is causing the problem? Also the content of “~/.claws-mail/extraheaderrc file” if present.
