Please demote info and install-info to Priority: standard (from important). I think they are not expected to be present on all UNIX-like systems, certainly less so than say vim. Note that the packages of Priority: important except info itself depend on dpkg (>= ...) | install-info. Thus demoting install-info as well should be no problem.
