We have not modified the udeb ordering for many releases, so yeah, the udeb ordering is still different from the normal Debian installation. :) I had a look at the machine when ltsp failed to install, and /cdrom/ was mounted, but nothing under /target/. Should it be mounted inside /target/ when ltsp-client-builder is running?
