Thank you for your patch Andreas. This library has been developed exclusively against libav. I have only tested this library against ffmpeg one time, and when I did, it segfaulted.
I'm having a hard time understanding why I should make the package and build script more complicated for an unsupported library that is not even in experimental yet. Please close the bug and re-open when ffmpeg is in experimental or unstable.
