*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? Fresh install of wheezy from netinst.iso 7.6.0 * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Checked daemon.log. I've placed stubs in /etc/init,d/bootlogd to 1) touch a file [/blog]. 2) cp /run/bootlog to /blog before init script exits. * What was the outcome of this action? There is not indication the script is run in any log nor are any actions I place in the script performed. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.14-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) (ignored: LC_ALL set to C) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages bootlogd depends on: ii libc6 2.19-7 ii lsb-base 4.1+Debian13 bootlogd recommends no packages. bootlogd suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
