Ah, thanks for the explanation! In that case, yes, please remove
redeclipse and redeclipse-data from the archive.

Is there a certain delay required before re-uploading the package,
once removed? I recall that nvidia-settings had to removed and
reuploaded more than once to transition from contrib -> main
(#749173), and I don't quite understand why that was necessary.
