Every now and then people send control messages which modify the status of the bug. As an example, see <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=339229;repeatmerged=no> In this case, although the maintainer has put useful information in their subject line to the control bot, it isn't visible to people looking at the bug. It would be useful to also display the Subject: line of a message which is sent to the control bot address.
