Package: autopostgresqlbackup Version: 1.0-5 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
autopostgresqlbackup ran from cron while my Postgres server was not running. This error message was emailed to root: /etc/cron.daily/autopostgresqlbackup: /usr/sbin/autopostgresqlbackup: line 659: mail: command not found /usr/sbin/autopostgresqlbackup: line 660: mail: command not found cat: write error: Broken pipe run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/autopostgresqlbackup exited with return code 1 My MAILCONTENT="stdout", so I don't know why it is trying to mail anyway. If it is going to try to use the mail command, it should depend on the mailutls package. Or better, it should check for the existence of mail and fallback to stdout if it is not present. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.14-2-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages autopostgresqlbackup depends on: ii postgresql-client-common 159 Versions of packages autopostgresqlbackup recommends: ii mutt 1.5.23-1 ii openssl 1.0.1i-1 autopostgresqlbackup suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
