Bug#742363: check_cups: CUPS access policy loopback interface was the reason

Hi Jan,

thanks for your reply.  Indeed, the failure of check_cups has nothing
to do with the plugin, but with the more restrict access policy of the
cups version in jessie.  It happened that  access via the loop-back
interface (127.0.0.1) was not allowed anymore on my setup.
